Reglementarile cu privire la nepotism a Colegiului Cornell (adaugat in iulie 2002)
Colegiul poate angaja rude ale salariatilor sai atata timp cat acestea vor lucra in birouri si departamente diferite. Angajarile temporare a unor rude in acelasi birou/departament [cu salariati ai Colegiului] vor fi permise doar in circumstatnte exceptionale. Presedintele va trebui sa aprobe aceste exceptii de la reglementarile privitoare la nepotism dupa consultari cu Directorul de Resurse Umane. Exceptiile in care sunt implicati membri ai facultatii trebuie aprobate de catre Presedintele si Decanul Colegiului.
Cornell College Nepotism Policy (Added July 2002)
The College may employ relatives of employees as long as they work in different offices and departments. Temporary employment of a relative in the same office may be allowed in unusual circumstances. . The President, in consultation with the Director of Human Resources, must approve any exceptions to this policy. The President and Dean of the College must approve exceptions as they involve faculty members
